Tableau Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role:
As a Data Visualization Engineer within the Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting department at Humana, Inc., you will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of our business by enhancing awareness and capabilities through Microsoft BI Stack, particularly Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures
- Develop and refine data models
- Create engaging, interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI
- Manage the lifecycle of data visualization projects from inception to deployment and beyond
- Apply best practices in data visualization to enhance user engagement
- Provide ongoing training and support to users in navigating Power BI tools
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, specifically in building user interfaces, visualizations, and algorithms
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data for insightful decision-making
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
