\Job Description:
\In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical infrastructure support to internal and external clients, resolving technical inquiries, and collaborating closely with team members on global projects.
\Requirements:
\- Technical Expertise: Foundational knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and router/switch basics.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Competence in managing user accounts, email troubleshooting, and application support within Microsoft 365.
- Hardware and Networking Familiarity: Familiarity with computer hardware, peripheral devices, and network components.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and networking.
- Security and Data Management: Knowledge of security best practices and data backup and recovery processes.
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
