Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Perfect Search. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal customers, website subscribers, state employees, and elected officials.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. They should also be able to effectively escalate complex problems to the next support level and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track problems through our FootPrints tracking system
  • Escalate complex problems to the next support level in a timely fashion and communicate estimated resolution status to customers
  • Follow customer support center procedures and suggest updates for improvement to ensure consistent and reliable customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service/technical support/Help Desk environment
  • Thorough PC/Windows skills (Win7, Win10, Win11)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office product knowledge (2010 and up)
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year based on location and experience
