As an Overnight Janitorial Staff member, you will be an energetic and proactive team player who takes pride in achieving results. You thrive on completing tasks and ensuring our facilities are impeccably maintained for our members as they pursue their fitness objectives in a welcoming atmosphere.

Your commitment to excellence will create enthusiastic supporters by delivering exceptional service through meticulous attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


- Maintain daily cleaning standards to meet member expectations and uphold our reputation for cleanliness.
- While your primary focus will be on cleaning, you may occasionally assist members at the welcome desk, including check-ins and club tours.
- Lead by example, demonstrate enthusiasm for your work, and encourage members to enjoy their experience.

Additional Information:
- Your schedule will primarily consist of overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- A genuine passion for serving others.
- Previous custodial experience is advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- An understanding of the physical demands of the role, including communication, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling cleaning chemicals.
- Reliable attendance, as your colleagues depend on you.

Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Compensation:
