About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Technicians. As a key member of our service center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing oil changes and other vehicle maintenance services, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and address any concerns or questions
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles for potential issues or areas that require attention
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
  • Achieve SuperPro certification
  • Must have reliable transportation
