Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months experience as a medical receptionist or medical records clerk preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required.
  • Experience with customer service and multi-line phones preferred.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to work independently with little direction required.
  • Medical terminology/procedural knowledge strongly preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish required.
