We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Representative to join our team at Kiva. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with key retail partners, engaging with customers, and promoting our products in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Kiva Products: Represent all Kiva product lines across the entire portfolio, creating a unique customer experience and increasing brand awareness.
  • Marketing Events: Support Trade Marketing events, participate in sampling initiatives, and engage with customers at local festivals and events.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Create harmonious relationships with retail partners and their staff, cultivating a strong affinity for the Kiva brand.
  • Budtender/Staff Trainings: Conduct retail staff training on the Kiva brand portfolio.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in events, promotions, media, or consumer products marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service setting.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
  • Ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals.
  • Sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry.
  • Deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Access to a computer for reporting sampling results and proficiency in Google systems.
  • Ability to travel independently throughout your territory/state for demonstrations and other events.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, including tents, tables, and boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to be in contact with and handle food products.
Compensation

$22 - $26.65 an hour. Salary: $26.65 USD per hour.
