Happy Haven Childcare is a Quality Rated childcare center dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education. We are seeking a Georgia Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support our educational initiatives and foster a nurturing environment for young learners.
This is a SALARIED role that includes paid holidays, weekends off, and scheduled breaks aligned with the local school district.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position encompass, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the execution of lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Participating in required training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Engaging with parents to provide updates and maintain open lines of communication.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or higher.
- Experience working with children, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Georgia Pre-K standards and regulations is advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (32.5 hours per week).
