Key Responsibilities:
  • Propel quality, implement process enhancements, and initiate Lean strategies to ensure business plan success
  • Supervise safety, quality, and performance of Inbound or Outbound operations
  • Establish expectations for Operations and Area Managers, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with teams to generate innovative improvement ideas and develop actionable enhancement plans
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices across various departments and shifts
  • Work closely with different support departments to secure necessary resources for projects and initiatives
Additional Job Elements:
  • Manage up to 49-pound totes and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking
  • Capability to work in diverse environments and access all areas of the facility

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution
  • Expertise in performance metrics, process enhancement, and Lean methodologies
  • Experience in the complete staffing lifecycle processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Familiarity with managing a contingent workforce
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Interest in pursuing long-term career advancement through diverse assignments across multiple Fulfillment Centers
