About the Role
Halifax Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Hospice Clinical Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing the care of patients, bereavement services, and volunteer services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate staff performance through field visits, documentation review, and accountability.
- Attend and provide expertise at various meetings, including Utilization Review, IDG, and Care Plan meetings.
- Participate in program development for assigned teams, such as Bereavement and Volunteer Services.
- Ensure adequate resources, supplies, and equipment are available for team operations.
- Provide supervision and guidance to employees in their respective team or service area.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership or management experience.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Evidence of effective leadership and management abilities.
