The Accounting Administrator will provide support to the Finance team, handling tasks such as payment status inquiries, payment applications, and invoice uploads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the accounting team
  • Process payments and apply them to customer balances, including reconciliation of cash payments to customer accounts
  • Conduct receivables age analysis and reporting
  • Verify invoices, confirming goods and services have been received and purchases were approved
  • Monitor the daily email box and address inquiries
  • Research and address unapplied and unallocated receipts
  • Handle rejected invoices
  • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system
  • Record charges and refunds
  • Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
  • Provide customer service
  • Match invoices to work orders
Requirements:
  • High School diploma; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience performing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables for a manufacturing or distribution company
  • Detail-oriented, strong experience with Excel
  • Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team
