Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to join our team at the Accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and a proven track record of preparing financial statements and income taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary data for preparation of financial statements and income taxes
  • Be responsible for assigned clients (primarily preparation of financial statements, tax planning, and income taxes)
  • Preparation of all types of income tax returns (primarily business & individual)

Requirements:

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years RECENT public accounting firm experience
  • Prefer experience with a small to mid-size CPA firm
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Ultra Tax, and ACS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree with major in accounting
  • Active Licensed CPA is a plus
