Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000

Overview

We are seeking experienced Community Operations Managers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area who can leverage their expertise to lead their teams and ensure seamless community operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation of property staff
  • Manage community revenue and expenses to adhere to budgetary and financial guidelines
  • Maintain precise resident records, process all rent, deposits, fees, and accounts payable functions
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures for staff and residents
  • Conduct property inspections and take necessary actions to uphold property standards
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to follow up on service requests and ensure timely completion
  • Enhance resident satisfaction by being a resource for their concerns and assisting with resolutions
  • Complete required reporting and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's license is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with industry software (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
