Job Title: Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a positive and lasting impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and update the nursing care plan to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including administration of medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
  • Document all activities, assessments, and care provided in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience in pediatrics or medical-surgical nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
