Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities, initiatives, and organizational needs to identify opportunities for HR support and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives, including reorganizations, communications, and employee transitions.
  • Manage performance management, employee/management counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with Total Rewards teams to analyze trends and develop strategies to support business needs.
  • Provide guidance to managers on talent and succession management, including building internal and external pipelines of high-caliber talent.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong capabilities in employee relations, organizational development, or performance management.
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, or Business Administration.
  • Human Resources certifications (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience developing creative, effective approaches to complex HR challenges.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders at a senior level and driving growth and profitability.
Work Environment

Normal office conditions, consistent computer use. Occasional travel required. Ability to work extended hours as necessary.

Compensation

The expected annual base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
