Job Description:
This is a temporary full-time position. In this role you will act as the liaison of the Human Resources department to all departments at Airspace. To be successful in this role as a temporary HR admin, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and deliver precision and accuracy with a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new employees, including initiating background checks and offer letters.
- Performing New Hire Orientations as often as necessary.
- Entering new employees into the HRIS.
- Management of the HRIS system.
- Gaining knowledge of our benefits program and becoming a resource to employees who have questions or need assistance.
- Ensuring compliance with state-mandated training programs.
- Tasks related to internal employee appreciation incentives.
- Offboarding of departing employees when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources related job functions.
- Experience with G-Suite products.
- 1-2 years of HRIS experience (ADP is a plus).
- 1-2 years of compliance and/or benefits administration.
- Knowledge of CA wage and labor laws.
Compensation:
- Pay scale: $24.00-28.00
