Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests by following all safety and sanitation procedures per the health department and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, provide information, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our menu and be able to answer questions and make recommendations based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions.
  • Order Taking: Take food and drink orders from guests, enter them into our Toast POS system, and ensure they have been communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Food and Drink Delivery: Serve food and drinks to customers on time and communicate any delays to management.
  • Table Settings: Arrange, clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, and decor for our guests.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the Beer Garden and Game Bay areas.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare bills and collect payments from guests.
  • Communication: Cooperate with kitchen staff and follow customer service guidelines.
  • Technical Ability: Develop a basic understanding of the Toast POS system and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements

  • Certification: Must be responsible alcohol service certified through a nationally recognized company such as ServSafe or TIPS.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively and provide impeccable service to each and every guest.

  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
