- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle multiple phone lines effectively.

- Conduct insurance verification to ensure proper coverage.
- Maintain accuracy of patient data entered into the system.
- Process requests and organize patient records efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in authorizations and insurance verification is required.

- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
