Job Summary

iHerb is seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team. This is a remote role, with a preferred location in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content across our digital platforms. This role will coordinate daily web content and ensure timely and up-to-date updates and promotions using iHerb's proprietary web and content management systems (CMS). This position will communicate with various departments and handle special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support iHerb's multiple departments by managing all content updates for the global website.
  • Partner with the localization team to ensure content is translated into all 19+ languages the website is available in.
  • Set up global and regional promotions across all platforms, including iHerb's app.
  • Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new processes for optimized workflow.
  • Become an expert in functionality and features of iHerb internal tools and backend logic.
  • Partner with the Business Product Technology team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.
  • Manage various websites, including core, Careers, and HR website.
  • Document changes to internal tools and processes when new features are introduced to the team.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Detailed and meticulous with great follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to handle deadline-driven pressure.

Equipment Knowledge
  • HTML, CSS (required).
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify and/or WordPress is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript/JSON is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and project management tools such as Asana preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience Requirements

Generally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' related experience.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
