NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our Advanced Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of testing, including methodology, logic insertion, verification, test pattern generation, test program bring-up, and complex debug/FA to resolve any issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for test, with experience in various test architectures, including IEEE1149.1, IEEE1500, SSN scan compression, IOBIST, and memory BIST. They will also have expertise in design verification and pattern generation, as well as experience in ATE test program development and bring-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and logic insertion techniques
  • Verify and validate test patterns and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and tapeout advanced packaging vehicles

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years experience in design for test
  • Strong knowledge of various test architectures and design verification techniques
  • Experience in ATE test program development and bring-up
