Customer Focused Program Management Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Program Manager to spearhead customer semiconductor switching projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless alignment with customer requirements and milestones.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer semiconductor switching projects and programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and milestones.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage the customer interface with engineering groups, ensuring quality deliveries while maintaining customer relationships and promoting new engagements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Make customer delivery tradeoffs, resolve internal and external conflicts, and promote internal engineering processes to improve the customer experience.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to customers, stakeholders, and senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, or Master's degree/PhD in a related field, with 10-15 years of related experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer project/program management within the semiconductor industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct management of multidisciplinary teams, including software and hardware professionals.
  • At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in networking and network switch products.
  • A proven track record of successful customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independent and self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:



  • Customer-facing program experience.
  • An ASIC technical background with networking equipment.
  • Customer program experience specifically with network switch products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to provide VIP treatment to customers.
  • End-to-end program initiative experience, including leading strategic projects involving senior leadership.
  • The ability to provide a holistic customer experience.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, and offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $200,000 per year.
