Job Title: Senior FPGA Hardware Engineer

Achronix Semiconductor Corporation is a leading provider of high-performance FPGA solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FPGA Hardware Engineer to join our Core Technology team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning testability of the core fabric of high-performance standalone and embedded FPGAs. This includes developing flows to automate fault testing, working with frontend and backend designers to support DFT implementation, and providing support to customers on the testability of Achronix eFPGA products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain testability flows for FPGA core fabric
  • Collaborate with designers to implement DFT and support test pattern development
  • Work with test and product engineers to ensure test program readiness from wafer sort to final test
  • Provide technical support to customers on eFPGA testability
  • Mentor junior engineers in testability and DFT
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python or Perl)
  • Experience designing and maintaining flows and methodologies
  • Background in digital VLSI design and verification
  • Proficiency in reading and writing RTL (e.g., Verilog)
  • Familiarity with industry standard DFT flows and fault analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science + 2-6 years' experience
