Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Technician to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our residential installation team, you will be responsible for installing complex residential security solutions, including wired and wireless systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure residential security systems, including wired and wireless solutions.
  • Actively participate in company initiatives to secure referrals and upsell services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge to improve individual and branch capabilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of life safety and home automation equipment experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage others through active listening and communication.
  • Proficient in company skills and best practices, including safety and equipment usage.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficient understanding of residential security, fire alarm systems, and Evac, Analog and IP video products and systems.
