Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English, and to follow direction.
Working Conditions

The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to dusty, dirty, and unsanitary objects and conditions. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
