Demolition and Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Demolition and Construction Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of South Shreveport. As a critical member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading demolition tasks and job sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including water and fire damage.
- Help with thorough assessments and the execution of restoration plans for a variety of damages, evaluating potential hazards.
- Supervise demolition tasks and job site.
- Document demolition processes and tasks completed.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment.
- Handle physical tasks such as water extraction, demolition, and site cleanup.
- Dismantling structures, removing fixtures and fittings, hauling away building materials.
- Keep detailed inventories and ensure tools and vehicles are well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional service and clear communication to teammates.
- Follow company, state, and federal safety regulations, and wear personal protective equipment like respirators.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliability for occasional on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
