Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Wellness Program Coordinator to oversee nutrition and wellness initiatives across various locations. This role involves fulfilling Bon Appétit responsibilities as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), offering nutrition and wellness support tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include implementing corporate wellness programs, ensuring compliance with nutrition labeling and dietary requirements, and engaging with workplace experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Bon Appétit’s food philosophy and wellness initiatives, including customized wellness solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with nutrition-related regulations, including federal and local menu labeling laws.
  • Utilize company nutrient analysis software tools proficiently.
  • Participate in management team meetings, contributing to account sales and retention strategies.
  • Act as the primary nutrition resource, fostering relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Educate operational teams on wellness standards and food allergy management protocols.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure wellness program integrity and client-specific nutritional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with corporate wellness leaders to design tailored programming for clients.
  • Address nutritional needs, including special dietary requirements and menu-related inquiries.
  • Enhance engagement in wellness and educational programs, promoting Adobe's Global Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Provide individual nutrition coaching for employees.
  • Conduct nutrition-related research and pilot programs as required.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner Credential (IFNCP) is preferred.
