Senior Manager of Red Team Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Red Team strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring alignment with the Global Security organization and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design testing scenarios that enhance overall security posture.
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios to uncover vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors.
• Lead all phases of scoping, planning, execution, and reporting for Red Team and Purple Team engagements, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Conduct thorough analyses of test results and oversee comprehensive reporting that details findings, exploitation methods, risks, and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Information Security Risk Management team to address findings and risk assessment needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding penetration testing engagements.
• Drive offensive initiatives, including performance measurement, goal setting for the team, and resource planning.
• Ensure the team delivers impactful engagements that align with industry standards and exceed company expectations.
• Manage team dynamics, including recruitment, performance evaluation, career development, and retention strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, including senior management and engineering teams.
• Communicate complex technical security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Oversee penetration testing projects encompassing network, cloud, wireless, web application, and infrastructure testing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within cybersecurity or offensive security teams.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in various aspects of offensive security, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, exploit development, malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies and budgets that contribute to overall risk reduction.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, or equivalent are highly regarded.
