Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of work experience in program management, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and developing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or related field; graduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing and connecting business strategies with workforce development programs and initiatives.
  • Highly skilled in adaptability, critical thinking, and collaboration, with excellent public speaking skills and group facilitation skills.
