About the Role

As a leader in our Pre-Op Med Optimization Clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  2. Administer medications, perform routine treatments, and coordinate patient care.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
  • Nationally accredited nursing graduate program completion.
  • RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days.
  • 3+ years of direct nursing experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per annum (based on local market rates).
