Job Overview

As a vital member of the Internal Communications team, the Senior Internal Communications Advisor collaborates with senior communication professionals and executive stakeholders while implementing strategic communication plans across organizational, regional, and functional levels.

Key Responsibilities


1. Collaborate with and manage executive stakeholders (including executive directors and higher), serving as a consultant to devise, implement, and oversee communication strategies, messages, and planning that promote the organizational mission, while emphasizing the associated risks and advantages of proposed strategies and tactical responses.


2. Develop and execute communication strategies for organizational transformations, crisis management, technology and personnel strategies, and events, including the company's annual Global Summit, as well as regional, product-specific, and leadership meetings, along with executive staff calls and follow-ups.


3. Oversee regional communication channels, including communication councils, intranet content, and emerging social media platforms.


4. Collect and synthesize employee feedback regarding communication effectiveness following key communication events and relay insights to executive stakeholders as necessary.


5. Create and design communication materials such as presentations, talking points, emails, fact sheets, and newsletters to meet specific objectives.


6. Develop and produce graphic designs and visual content, including videos, to enhance communication events and presentations.
