Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic alliances with industry partners and other entities to efficiently realize business hypotheses with minimal investment.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee personnel management, ensuring long-term growth and development, performance evaluations, and effective work-life balance for team members.
  • Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate financial and labor resources to align with the company’s strategic objectives, including recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Communication Management: Maintain open lines of communication with team members and management, providing updates on progress and direction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Direct related teams towards unified goals across Honda’s North American operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on financial metrics related to the unit's performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development; automotive industry experience is not mandatory.
  • Proven track record in developing financial models, business administration, and project management.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution, with experience in renewable energy preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Working Environment
This role is primarily office-based, requiring flexibility in hours and occasional travel. The position involves handling sensitive company strategies and necessitates a high level of confidentiality.
