Job Summary

Americold Logistics is seeking a skilled Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with office operations, including maintaining files, ordering supplies, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
