About the Role

As a Treatment Foster Care Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with standards, matching foster homes with children, and cultivating relationships with foster families and community stakeholders. This position requires a high level of organization, detail orientation, and the ability to meet multiple project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Recruiting and training foster parents by building and nurturing relationships in the Richmond, NOVA, and Fredericksburg areas.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective foster parents.
  • Conducting thorough interviews and in-home assessments, producing accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Managing foster parent records and program activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to foster families, helping them meet compliance and development goals.
