Commercial Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Gunton Corporation. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing Pella windows and doors, which are highly recognized within the building industry for their quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals by establishing relationships with Commercial Contractors, Architects, Property Managers, and other influencers in Philadelphia commercial construction projects.
  • Develop a pipeline to build a book of business through consistent prospecting and account acquisition.
  • Build a reputation as a reliable partner that meets project deadlines.
  • Continually strive for 100% Very Satisfied business partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training, including sales/technical product expertise.
  • Prior building industry sales experience is preferred.
  • A track record of success supported by results and achievements.
  • Technologically advanced to maximize efficiency.
  • The ability to develop business strategies that lead to presentations of opportunities and solutions to prospective accounts.
