- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote patient empowerment and self-care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; one year of patient care experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification required within two weeks of hire; must maintain current certification thereafter.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to work overtime as needed.
