Key Responsibilities:

- Execute tasks to uphold the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of properties. This includes cleaning common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and staircases. Responsibilities may also encompass laundry services, waste disposal, and sanitization efforts.

- Alert management regarding areas needing repairs or attention beyond the scope of regular duties.
