Key Responsibilities
- Accurately verify finished goods counts designated for Sterilization.
- Execute IFS and traveler tasks according to work instructions, including component traceability, label verification, and quantity produced.
- Engage in active listening and maintain professional communication across various organizational levels.
- Effectively liaise with all vendors and suppliers.
- Perform Gamma and ETO lot wrap-up duties.
- Reorganize skids and products to comply with sterility standards.
- Ensure correct product dosing by confirming products meet required parameters.
- Label each skid accurately with dose mapping numbers.
- Stage, organize, and wrap skids for sterilization shipment. Load semi-trailers using Hi-Lo equipment.
- Coordinate with trucking companies for scheduling pickups, drop-offs, and trailer switches as necessary.
- Create Purchase Orders and necessary documentation for loads, ensuring proper routing to the relevant companies and our quality department.
- Maintain accuracy in paperwork and count verifications, addressing any discrepancies with manufacturing.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues to the Supervisor when needed.
- Work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving, time management, decision-making, and organizational skills. Actively participate in Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S standards.
- Adhere to Aspen Surgical safety guidelines and procedures as required.
- Utilize downtime effectively.
- Demonstrate strong attendance by being punctual and present.
- Be prepared for overtime and weekend work as required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Applications and Outlook.
- Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain Hi-Lo license per OSHA standards.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
