About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • IV certification if required by state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
