Job Title: Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred
