At U.S. Renal Care, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of our cross-functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care by working directly with patients to provide dialysis treatment, completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitoring patients during treatment.
  • Ensure quality renal care by reviewing patient medication profiles monthly and administering medications according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient assessment and care planning activities, ensuring center staffing requirements are met at all times under the direction of the Administrator and according to state regulations for staffing ratios.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
