About the Role

The Dialysis Center of Macon is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • IV certification if required by state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
