Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our team at Select Water Solutions. As a CDL Driver - Hot Oil Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating a hot oil unit equipped with a high-pressure pump and burner for heating fluids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate a hot oil unit to heat fluids and perform various tasks.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including vehicle inspection reports and driver's daily logs.
  • Adhere to company policies and work requirements.
  • Operate high-pressure pumps and burners to circulate hot oil or water down flowlines, tubing, and casing.
  • Monitor equipment gauges and indicators to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Connect and disconnect hoses and joints of pipe using hand tools.
  • Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
  • Assure that trucks are in good working condition and complete daily vehicle inspections.
  • Notify supervisors of any problems or issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CDL A driver.
  • CDL A license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
  • Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
  • Current D.O.T. medical card.
  • Ability to read and interpret information such as driving routes, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat. The job also involves exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
