Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues on proprietary operating systems for water automation.
  • Plan and perform assignments in a safe manner, utilizing proper tools, safety precautions, and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of one's work and its impact on other team members and plant operations.
  • Utilize basic tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to respond to call-outs as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in changing climate conditions and close quarters.
  • Adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
