About the Role

This Pediatric Nurse Specialist position involves working variable shifts, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid California RN license
  • 1-2 years of experience in pediatrics at a major facility
  • AHA BLS certification
  • AHA PALS certification

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Others

Please note that COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position, but flu vaccination is mandatory. You will be expected to work 3x12 (D/N) variable shifts, with maximum 6 days off per week. We also require you to be available to work 2 out of 3 holidays. The unit summary includes working on a 60-bed medical pulmonary unit with a ratio of 1:3-4. FLU SHOT IS REQUIRED.
