Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Crossroads Kitchen-Las Vegas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including staff management, menu preparation, and ensuring food quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and improve culinary offerings

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • ServeSafe Certification and ability to obtain and maintain local health permits
