Key Responsibilities- Analyze daily process yield reports to identify areas for improvement, including operator errors, defective product, test equipment/test defects, RMA product defects, and spear corrective actions.
- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation, and testing as needed to ensure product testing completeness and reliability.
- Assist Project Test Engineer with test process review and set-up equipment to perform required programming and verification tests following established procedures.
- Ensure quality and improve efficiency through the use of the SPC system when available, and operate automated electronic test equipment on manufactured circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.
- Ensure assemblies are properly handled and marked, and follow simple, standardized, and routine written directions for assigned test operations.
- Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
AS degree, Technical School Certification, or equivalent and 5 to 10 years of experience, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
