This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering daily support to the Sales & Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including ocean freight rate negotiation, shipment arrangement, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on sales strategies, assist with sales quotes, and manage customer accounts.
  • Process telephone calls, relay messages, and record sales data.
  • Ensure accurate processing of incoming orders and resolve partner issues during onboarding and order phases.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience with MS Excel a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prioritize tasks.
