Archtics Manager

Job Summary:
The Archtics Manager will be responsible for managing the tickets for our premium areas, working closely with the Director of Ticketing and the Premium Sales and Service department. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Archtics database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work with the Premium Sales and Service team to build events and manage ticket sales.
- Coordinate with Ticketmaster to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Collaborate with the ticketing team to ensure efficient ticketing procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance ticketing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products, including Host, Archtics, TM1, and Mobile Technology.
- Experience with large-scale events and arena settings.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
