Clinical Director of Higher Level Care Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Higher Level of Care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, managing caseloads, maintaining clinical standards, and overseeing licensing and reporting requirements.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong background in clinical supervision, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and other clinical staff
- Manage caseloads and ensure timely completion of treatment plans
- Maintain clinical standards for clients in our Higher Level of Care programs
- Oversee licensing and reporting requirements
- Licensed as an NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification
- NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification to supervise CADC
- Five years of progressively responsible clinical supervisory experience in the mental health field
