Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to fill the role of Clinic Director at our esteemed facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Physical Therapy department and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Physical Therapy department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Physical Therapists and support staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Proven experience in a director/lead role in an Orthopedic facility.
